Third is a charm they say. I'm new at this blog thing. They told me this is simple??? I know once I do it a couple of times it will be a breeze. Please!
I am just about done with packing for the Peacemakers Quilt Show in St. Marys. I hope I have everything you want or need or something, at least. I don't want to bring back as much as I'm taking there tomorrow. I will be doing a demonstration of the lil'twister ruler every morning at 10:30 and again on Friday at 3:30. Come in and take a look. I don't want to demonstrate to an empty room!
I have picked up two new rulers, the Squedge 22.5" and the simple curves ruler. They help make up some pretty amazing projects.
And it's simple too!
If you can't make the show go visit with Marg at the Store. She will help you out with any problems you may have.
Hey Joan, I have a ruler here in the studio called the Wave ruler. I'm thinking it might be similar to the ruler you mentioned in your post. I like to use it to mark simple quilting lines on my bags. I have just finished using it on the new Quick Change Bag. I'll bet your curved ruler would work well for that purpose as well. One of my favourite new marking tools is the FriXion pen. It's the one the irons off. It works beautifully for marking the quilting lines with the curved rulers. Brenda Miller
